Sales Development Representative (China)

Your responsibilities:

  • Generating Leads: Utilize various online tools and platforms to research and identify potential clients within the Chinese market.

  • Outbound Prospecting: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, WeChat, and LinkedIn to initiate engagement and schedule meetings.

  • Managing CRM: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date information and follow-up tasks.

  • Conducting Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the Chinese market to refine the outreach strategy.

  • Creating Reports: Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, lead status, and conversion rates to assess progress and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Adapting to Cultural Differences: Customize communication and sales methods to suit Chinese business culture and practices.

  • Your experience or skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Chinese market dynamics, business culture, and sales processes.

  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, WeChat, and email automation platforms.

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.

  • Nice to have:

  • Industry Expertise: Experience within the Chinese market.

  • Existing Network: Established connections within target industries or companies in China.

  • Multinational Experience: Background in working with multinational companies or international teams.

  • Additional Language Skills: Proficiency in Cantonese or other Chinese dialects.

  • Salary:

  • Gross salary: 1490 - 1990 EUR/month + bonus. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences.
