Your responsibilities:
Own payments and risk area development from vision, strategy to delivery, ensuring smooth operations and reaching concrete outcomes
Perform user and market research, gather and summarize stakeholder feedback to gain a thorough understanding of customer and stakeholder needs, goals, challenges, and use cases
Work closely with the development team to identify the best technical implementation methods and prioritize feature development
Develop and maintain team roadmap based on company’s commercial strategy, clients’ needs, and market’s trends
Build and manage relationships with current and potential partners
Collaborate with various departments regarding project implementation
Track, understand and control main metrics for the area
Be the main point of contact for internal and external parties concerning your area of responsibility
Your experience or skills:
Experience in owning payments and/or risk area development from idea to launch, including owning specific area outcomes
Skill in capturing and translating market research, stakeholder feedback, customer needs, goals, challenges, and use cases into product features
Ability to analyze internal and external data to improve customer offerings and internal processes
Experience collaborating with payment and/or risk solutions providers. Ability to understand and explain different payment methods used globally
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills, capability of explaining complex concepts
Experience working with cross-functional teams and within an agile environment
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Creative thinking with a focus on developing innovative solutions
Nice to have:
Strong experience in managing payments/checkout area within a SaaS product would be a clear advantage
Experience with B2B data services market
Salary:
Gross salary: 4470 - 6000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
